The etfs are the same reason why 1 billion coins were moved back into the ripple xrp ledger. That’s why it’s called 21 shares (tosrf). Have to have the coins to sell into etf.

Also they need the coins for burn rate. And just so everyone knows. There’s enough coins to support burn rate for 550 human years of the worlds transactions. So price won’t rise due to burn rate.
