THIS SHOULD. MAKE YALL FEEL BETTER- There was intense wood rot in all the wood floorboards and support beams beneath and around that tub, so it genuinely had to get torn out 😭

Grandfather was in a similar situation, but unfortunately he HAD to do it. Mold and other health code violations when it was inspected before renting for AirBnB. He’s super glad he caught it.
