@the.zen.room.kent: This is very out my comfort zone and for those of you who have met me before know I don’t look like this 99.9% of the time 😂 but here it is for all of you asking ✨ Hi, I’m Abbie—the face behind The Zen Room! 🌸 I’m 31 and a proud (and very busy!) mum to three crazy kids who keep me on my toes every single day. 🩷 Originally from London, I swapped city life for sea air when I moved to the Isle of Sheppey 10 years ago—and I’ve never looked back! 🌊 I’ve been a qualified beauty therapist since 2011, starting out in a London salon before taking a little detour to work as a 1:1 in a school here on the island. But my passion for beauty and helping people unwind never left me, and in October 2024, I finally decided to follow my dream and open The Zen Room. ✨ Now, I get to combine my love for relaxation and self-care to create a space where you can truly switch off, recharge, and feel amazing.
