Hitting. A 100 isnt bad. Just means your outof headroom. So say u do a nasty flick and theres 10 smokes and alot going on and your gpu just is out of juice for that

you want your gpu at 100% while running a game🤦♂️otherwise you're leaving performance on the table. when your gpu is at 100% it's hitting its max clock speeds which equals more frames
