The oil the US imports from Canadian. The US refines it. Then sells it back to Canada. How does a legitimate news agency not now that. Autos are the only thing that may hurt US.

it's true that US importer pays the tariffs and that will add that to the cost of product BUT big customers like Walmart can put pressure in the chain of supply to keep prices the same.
