I have knots like this. I once went to get a massage and she told me she had to use hot stones even though I didn’t pay for it because she felt bad for me and it was the only way to loosen it up.

I have knots like this! I used to have to go to the chiro twice a week and get lidocaine injections! I haven’t been able to go in years and my shoulders are bad again 😭
