I can’t stop thinking about how terrifying it would have been for those who were still alive when the hawk hit. Those alive then dying by the impact of the plane to water or drowning eventually because they were trapped 😭

my father did underwater body recovery while in the military and it is just horrible. swimming through murk and then suddenly youre face to face with a body. i feel so bad for all of the responders.
