@mothercould: Simple, squishy, fun and taste safe. What’s better? 😜 Any type of rescue situation makes my kids feel like superheroes and this is just that 😂. Literally stuck animals that they dug out of “thick water”. You can imagine their excitement! One thing to consider ➡️. This isn’t regular jello (even though thats what I called it😜). It’s plain gelatin that doesn’t contain sugar. You can certainly make this activity with regular jello but it will be suuuuper sticky due to the sugar😅. By using plain gelatin, you avoid the stickiness and it taste disgusting. Your little ones will most likely spit it out as soon as they try it😝. • 👉🏼YOU’LL NEED: -Gelatin -Water -Animals or anything you want your kids to find 👉🏼INSTRUCTIONS: 1️⃣Make clear gelatin following the instructions on the box. Use only 3/4 of the recommended water to make the gelatin. This will make it more stiff and harder to rescue the items. 2️⃣Insert the toys in the gelatin. 3️⃣Place in the refrigerator until it fully sets. 4️⃣Remove from the refrigerator and have your child rescue the items. 💡Gelatin/jello is a choking hazard. Make sure to supervise your children at all times during this activity. #mothercould . . . #earlylearning #funforkids #learningthroughplay #DIY #motherhood #parenting #invitationtoplay #kidsactivities #teachersofinstagram #preschool #toddlerplay #homeschoolpreschool #homeschool #infancia #playathome #montessoriathome #letthekids #letthembelittle #letthemplay #momlife #babylife #babyplay #sensoryplay #montessori #preschooler #playideas
