@nypost: Economists and market analysts are warning that Americans should brace for higher prices on a raft of everyday goods after President Trump announced 25% tariffs on goods from Mexico and Canada and 10% on imports from China. Manufacturers have been stocking up on parts and supplies for months in an effort to blunt the impact of Trump’s tariffs, but it’s harder to stockpile food and the latest electronics — meaning consumers are likely to see the results soon. Trump and Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum announced Monday that they had agreed a one-month pause on the imposition of a 25% across-the-board tariff by the US. Trump and outgoing Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudea held a call earlier on Monday as well, and agreed to a second call later in the afternoon to further hash out an arrangement. 📸: Getty; REUTERS; Adobe Stock

My bourbon doesn't come from Mexico. My syrup, honey and produce comes from the local farmer's markets.

I already buy local maple syrup and tomatoes, gas prices don’t effect me much since I only drive to and from work, I already have the newest electronics and won’t need upgrades for years to come,
