So here are my two favorite flavors that I rotate back and forth with! ✅ Macros Whole Bowl Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough: 431 Cals, 38g Carbs, 13g Fat, 41g Protein ✅ Macros Whole Bowl OREO Protein Cookie Dough: 402 Cals, 43g Carbs, 10g Fat, 35g Protein 👨🏻‍🍳 Why I use a vegan protein instead of a whey for no bake recipes: 1️⃣ Absobency: It’s more absorbent so you get almost twice as much cookie dough for the same amount of calories. 2️⃣ Texture: The texture is smooth and thick like a cookie dough. The whey makes more of a creamy/sticky peanut butter vibe. 3️⃣ Taste: The only downfall is taste. I built these recipes to mask any of the vegan protein after tastes. I can recommend three brands that make great vegan proteins. Flex Brands, Be Amazing and Ghost. Whey/Casein Blend = Great for baking. Vegan = Great for no bake. ✳️ Ingredients (Chocolate Chip): 30g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder 30g Powdered PB 8g Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix 5g Zero Cal Sweetener Pinch of Sea Salt Dash of Ground Cinnamon 5g Cookie Butter Emulsion 15g Mini Chocolate Chips 10g Cacao Nibs 5g Marshmallow Bits ✳️ Ingredients (OREO): 40g Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder 20g Black Cocoa Powder 8g Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix 6g Zero Cal Sweetener Pinch of Sea Salt 4 OREO Thins 5g Marshmallow Bits ❇️ Directions: 1️⃣ Add all dry powdered ingredients into bowl. Mix to avoid clumping. 2️⃣ Slowly add cold water and mix till you get a thick frosting consistency. The faster you mix, the smoother and thicker it will get. 3️⃣ Add in your mix-ins except the marshmallow bits. They will get soggy. And for the OREO one, save 2 OREO thins for after the freezer. 4️⃣ Add bowl to freezer till edges are frozen. About an hour. This will thicken up the cookie dough a ton. 5️⃣ Then after freezer, add the rest of your mix ins and mix. Then enjoy! #proteincookiedough #oreo #nobake #proteindessert #highproteinmeals
