I worked on those windows. Make sure you lift it up about an inch before opening it like that. If not it’ll pop out of the balance and it’ll shoot thru the top of the window

Yay!!! Awesome! And yes just open it about an inch before you open your latches. Then you can lay it down gently against your window sill. Then pull your top window down and unlatch that one as well!

You may also have the windows where the top pulls down and you can also clean that from the inside!

You need to open the window a little before you open it inward. It can mess up the bottom.

Open the window a bit and than do that. That way the bottom isn’t in the window slot. Less chance of damaging it.

The top half of the window also flips down if you look at the top of it they work the same way if you didn’t notice
