I think back to sleep training and it makes me think of that meme of unfortunately my body doesn’t know the difference between being chased by a bear and.. sleep training. It’s hard!

Sleep train the nights not naps, put a chair by her crib and put your hand on her chest, she will cry but very little plus you are not leaving her until she’s sleeping

We sleep trained at 7 months and there are still times he’s just upset and I hold him till he falls asleep. It is what it is 🤷🏻♀️

Girl saaaaaame and I have no excuse she’s my 4th child and I have failed them all! They all at one point slept with me in my bed, partially I blame that I breast feed. I understand you♥️
