when you prefill the oil filter you could be dumping debris directly into your crankshaft oil has debris in it brand new that's what the oil filter does it pulls the oil from the oil pan through filte

you didn't make sure that the number one cylinder was a top dead center so there's a very good chance you're going to have a valve kiss a piston

Typically you need the engine to run for oil pressure to build up… not sure that just cranking would be enough to circulate oil. How do you plan on priming it/checking?

take spring and plunger out the oil filter housing and put Vaseline and put back together unplug full keep cranking until you get oil

Guessing its got no oil pressure because of the wrong size pickup tube gasket. Could be wrong tho

Dude pls make sure it’s top dead center while your doing this and if your not putting the painted links where they go it’s not gonna start or run like garbage when you put everything back together

Make sure you tighten the oil pan bolts first to pull that cover down so you don’t have a leak
