if it's leaking. it would still leak even if the slope was done correctly. There is layers to this not just the surface

This is why as a builder, we do a pan test and a pan inspection.

Bruh. Proper water proofing would prevent any water leaks. Yes no slope is bad. Kerdi is impermeable

With the systems they use for waterproofing today, that pan should be able to hold 4” of water indefinitely

Should be able to fill that pan up and it not leak. They either didn’t install a membrane or did so incorrectly, possibly preslop as well
