By meeting ‘taste hunger’ with understanding, you can honour that craving and move on with your day. 3. Emotional Hunger: This is eating in response to your feelings. Food can absolutely be a source of comfort or celebration, but if you often respond to emotions with food, it’s worth expanding your toolbox. Try identifying when you’re using food as a response and give yourself the opportunity to explore other avenues.
