@pbsnews: Ceasefire declared in the Democratic Republic of Congo M23 rebel fighters have declared a unilateral ceasefire in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Violence in the DRC escalated recently as M23 claimed control of Goma, a large eastern city near Rwanda. The U.N. says  at least 900 people were killed and almost 3,000 injured since the fighting for the city began January 26.
