ok so you need to tuck the front in, then the back and bring the excess material to the sides, then you fold the excess and tuck in (the fold should go towards the back not front)

just get your shirts adjusted, it's quick and cheap and the majority of shirts are made for men with wide waists and average shoulders, so if you differ from that it won't fit well at all
