If you are saving paint just for the name of it, this is the perfect way to dispose of it (and declutter your space!). How to dispose of your paint: Oil-Based: never pour it down the drain, instead, bring it to a local hazardous waste disposal site Water-Based: you can let it dry out completely if there is a small amount of paint left (once dry, you can throw it in your regular trash)...if you have a lot of paint left, take it to a hazardous waste disposal site if no longer needed.
