I had to do this when I was in elementary School. it didn't matter that I was dyslexic and had a speech impediment. I still had to do it because everyone had to do it.

Our elementarys don’t do intercom we do daily announcements on the smart board sent out by an email

All of our students meet in the gym each morning, and we do announcements there (using a mic and Bluetooth speaker) before dismissing to the classrooms for the day. It takes less than 10 minutes.
