honestly don’t even bother with the ice pack just let it air out it’ll be fine, it’s gonna be swollen for a few days just clean it twice daily and pls stop touching it ❤️

i got mine done last month and honestly just don’t touch it cause it’ll irritate it very easily!!! and when you snag it or do irritate it just make sure you’re constantly cleaning it with saline wash

A Warm salt water or saline soak will help and not touching it also will!! Sometimes cleaning it too much or touching it will irritate it even more!! I had mine pierced that’s helped
