ive only had a nose ring and ear piercings but they always healed better when i just stopped messing with it !! clean it once or twice a day with sea salt soaks and then dont touch it at ALL

best rec is clean it 1-2 times a day w non scented soap worst case all my piercings healed fine w peroxide tbh

you need a salt water rinse over it and warm salt water soak on top of it. ice isn’t doing anything
