Naw they have people negotiating those contracts for them 🤣 Also people think it’s cool to be a pro athlete so there is a ton of unconscious (and prob conscious) bias

Wrong. It’s not anything intellectual at all. They’re generally less smart. They’re just cool dudes to hangout with. They’re hired for relationship jobs (think sales or account managers)
