I have a pigs heart valve that I have had for 10 years and it’s now leaking and I go into surgery later this month to fix it. It’s done so well for me though! Crazy what can be done.

I was born with congenital heart disease. I have a pigs valve and a cows valve in my heart and have had both of them in since 2019. I’ve had no issues with either of the valves since.

my mom had a pig valve in her heart cuz she was born with a hole in her heart age 10 she passed at 65 yrs old and still had that valve

My two year old needs a kidney. Most likely will give him mine. This gives me hope in the future that when the one I give him gives out, he’ll have this as an option 🙏🏼

I gave my son a kidney 18 yrs ago. He was 2 yrs old at the time of transplant. We have been taking great care of the kidney but this def give me hope 😊
