If you have an oil leak near the starter the oil can get between the starter and block. If that happens it can disrupt your ground and act like a bad starter.

So I replaced my starter on my 1990 Honda accord and well it just make a click and that’s it. Would that be a faulty starter??

that only tests the Bendix and the motor it does not do a load test and then you put it back in the truck still doesn't work

not sure how bad changing that 2 valve 5.4 is but I just changed my 3v. that top bolt is a nightmare

Never did any trauning! Told not to free run staters,Starter with no load will over rev and throw the armature winding due to centrifugal forces😳😳

guy was told it was ignition switch 😏 he changed the key switch he said thats the ignition switch 🙄 they didn't tell him where it was and what it does 😏

That connector is junk. You need heat shrink to keep the moisture out.
