@drjoedamiani: If your a headache, neck pain or jaw pain, we always have to look down the chain to see how you’re moving. Very commonly if we find impairments in your gait pattern or the way you walk it can radiate up the chain, causing poor posture and mobility issues. Something of particular interest would be hip internal rotation. If you’re limited in one side, you cannot progressed through the swing phase on the opposite leg properly to get more technical… You will never achieve a proper terminal limb position on the side with limited internal rotation. In this video, I show how it can move up the chain, but also a way to add mobility to that hip. It seems to work opposite for me. My tight hip feels stretched when i put my opposite knee down and do this exercise 😳 only then do i feel a strain/stretch on my tight side hip
