Shampoo twice, only use shampoo on your scalp and conditioner only on ends of your hair. Helped my hair a lot i used to have to wash mine everyday

I've been using this for a year now. I can go three days without washing my hair now. Before it was oily the next day. Also my hair is growing back after falling out from losing so much weight.
