I recommend something more natural and safe. We here in Finland 🇫🇮 use glass wool or linen insulation. Then house can also breathe and same time it’s warm and insulated.

Isn’t the house supposed to breathe? I love the spray insulation but I hear it causes rot because it doesn’t allow a home to breathe?

Ну это возможно только в случае,если с работы пены натырил ящиков так 20.Если пена дармовая,то да,возможно.А так то дорого выйдет.
