Firstly, Philly is basically northern Baltimore. So much so that every time I have a video get some traction ppl ask if I’m from Philly because the accent is so similar. Haha. The vibes are the same! I love Philly, I love the people of Philly, and I’ve felt at home whenever I’ve gone there. But! Let’s talk about the change the players on the eagles are bringing to the NFL! AJ Brown went viral for reading on the sidelines! But what was he reading?! He was reading books about mental health because he’s open about his struggles with mental health and wanting to better himself. For any man to do that, much less a Black man on the NFL, that is HUGE. Jalen Hurts is the first player in the NFL to have an ALL FEMALE management team. I’m talking manager, publicist, marketing and branding etc. It’s rare that any sports player has any women on their team and his entire team is women! His agent Nicole Lynn was the first Black woman to ever be an agent for a player who was playing in the Super Bowl (for SB LVII). He is also the KING of amazing quotes and has a beautiful mind. Saquon Barkley is an AMAZING football player, and it is his birthday today! The Eagles boycotted the White House invitation in 2018 when they won because the 🍊 was president! Cheifs players who claim to not support Trump are out here giving PC answers instead of taking a stand *cough* Travis kelce *cough* Plus… do you remember that speech that crusty dusty man on the chiefs gave at that college last year?!!?
