Which one would you guys recommend to buy for alcoa wheels that are very dull but unsure if they were polished before in the past, the pro red metal polish or the spray? Also to polish the tanks and steps

while I use heavy red, you need to put this on a tank that doesn't have a clear tape line from a recent polish job to get the legit effect of this stuff.
