If you’re on a salary, you get paid the same amount on the weekend that you get paid during the week. Enjoy your holidays too. Do your best to disconnect from your projects. 5. Only work hard when certain people are paying attention: You can do all the work in the world, but if it doesn’t get noticed, it doesn’t matter. Whenever you’re feeling ambitious, you can work overtime or turn a project around really quickly to get the attention of your boss. That’s great.
