Make sure your the first to file taxes and file that he is behind with your state child support office so they take any refund he may be getting to be sent to you.

sometimes they will quit jobs or start lower paying jobs so they can pay lower CS. HOWEVER if he does that you can take him back to court when he has new income. don't let him fool ya!!

my ex did the same thing. he started Job hopping. I filed for full support, which meant that it follows him everytime he enters his social security number with a new job it would automatically come.
