I like to boil or sauté spinach, run over cold water and season with salt, pepper and a little bit of sesame oil. It’s a well known side to korean dishes ✨

The way my parents got us to eat spinach as kids, they would put on a dinosaur movie and put a plate of spinach in front of us and we would eat it off the plate like herbivore Dino’s lol
