@thesharkdaymond: I give all my employees a 3 month test. Why? I always say you will know exactly how an individual works at the end of the 3 month mark. Finding top talent isn’t easy. It takes a lot of kissing frogs until you find the right fit. That’s exactly why 80-85% of my staff started off as interns. It is just as important to nurture people within your company than it is to scout top talent.
