The idea is balance, but definitely a GPU bottleneck is preferred over cpu for sure. My 4070 and 13700k were pretty balanced for 1440p. My 7900XTX is a bit fast for the 13700k in 1440p, tho 😆

with prices nowadays it tend to a gpu "bottleneck" but that is fine to a certain degree because its just processing overhead for multitasking
