Why are all the comments so mean? He looks like a hardworking dad who has been successful by maintaining his cool and balancing life well. IMO being able to answer a work call mid-ski is cool. And has anyone thought he might enjoy taking frequent vacations, and being available throughout is how is able to make it happpen? Most people get 1 vacation a year if they are lucky. I know many that would prefer this option

EA to a CEO here - he’s probably talking to his leadership team. They all work 24/7, even on vacation. It’s not lack of competence, business literally never stops.
