I am an ask culture kind of person and I can tell you from experience people don’t like it. While I do avoid confusion, I’m seen as brassy and bold or in other works harsh.

I’m a guesser, but I love how askers are really actually just trying to be as open with others as possible so people can make well informed decisions. So kind ❤️

As someone who has realised that she may be neurodivergent- I LIVE for ask culture! And in retrospect looking at my family trying to do guess culture, it resulted in very bitter passive aggressive conversations- probably because they are neurodivergent too

I think it is more nuanced than this. Power imbalances and narcissistic abuse can also change people from asker's to guessers
