Been saying the whole time this was atc screw up. He’s gotta he freaking out and yelling at the helicopter for 30 seconds. Go lower. Go higher. Stop. Do anything. Arc was too casual.

I’ve listened to multiple recordings of both our traffic controllers and the plane and helicopter and honestly, I don’t know how they determine what is being sad, I can’t understand any of it

what about the pilots eyes? weren't there 3 crew members that supposed to be looking around? Doesn't make any sense. You would still need to be vigilant flying near busy airport. If they weren't prepared for it, they should have lot used the route and endanger people's lives.
