Heads up, if you have this reaction with Reglan you will probably have an issue with Compazine too. I learned this the hard way.

Ooooh I had an AWFUL reaction to reglan before my tubal. Wanted to rip my IV out and sprint out of the hospital 😭 I felt insane

Reglan, compazine and haldol does that to me. It was on my allergy list (reglan) and they gave it to me while in LABOR. You can take a benadryl to counter act.

I’m on chemo and get IV Benadryl and it totally does this! They gave me low dose gabapentin and it helps

Is that what it was?? I got Zofran when I had food poisoning and felt like my skin was full of bees…it also gave me permanent heart palpitations (PVCs) 😖

if you had this with reglan be careful with any IV meds that have dol or zine at the end of the name. They all have the same side effects and it's terrible.

I’m allergic to reglan & compazine. The 1st time I got reglan I was also septic & I legitimately thought I was going to die. I’ve never felt anything like it before or since.
