Too much relatable Severence content. Like, if I’m driving, it feels like I’ve only ever been driving. I can sometimes recall other memories the same as i recall a TV scene; seen but not experienced.

This also feels relatable with trauma recovery, EMDR, parts therapy, IFS. You can jump right back into that past part and all the emotions are instantly present.
