Same. Nobody knows. My mom walked in on me having a breakdown. She asked what is wrong and I didn’t want her to worry so I didn’t tell her. But I will tell her soon. If I don’t she is gonna find out on her own. My mom knows me and hears me crying every night and I had breakdowns three time’s downstairs and no one knew is what I thought. But, my brother did but didn’t come up to check. I’m trying hard to get myself back up.🤍

Your mum comes up to your room to wake you up..the bed is the exact same, all messy and not made, and she lays down in your bed and hugs your fave stuffed animal really tightly..your dog walks around the house and sits at the door waiting for you to come home, not knowing that he lost his favourite person on earth, your siblings (if you have any) will for ever think about all the laugh attacks you guys had together and forever have guilt for all the arguments…and your friends keep spamming your phone, forgetting that you’re forever gone from their life’s……don’t forget, you matter to someone

Yep.. I never told bc I was comforting everyone else. I lost myself so badly, I couldn't talk to people for very long bc I had no social battery left. It got to the point I couldn't even begin to try to help anyone anymore, bc my mind would just go blank when people would need me to comfort them. I couldn't think straight to be able to try to solve there problems. I still don't have good social skills anymore. It's hard to explain, I'm not good with wording things when talking to people anymore. The worst part about it tho, was the fact that I had just got done improving my social skills bc of childhood trauma. It took me 3 YEARS to even begin to heal, and I destroyed myself for everyone around me. Oh but hey, I'm the "Self absorbed POS" right?

I feel no one, no sympathy, no pain, or solidarity will take away depression, I constantly wake up everyday wondering if I will feel the same way about myself as I did the other day. It’s not fair I live a great life, there are so many beautiful seconds and experiences to live but I still feel like nothing or that there is someone more deserving

Jesus loves you guys he loves you so much it hurts him that your hurting I was broken I was depressed but Jesus saved me so I know he could save you too if u give you your life to Christ I promise you you will not regret it he gave me so much happiness and joy in my body he saved me I thought nobody cared about me that nobody would car if I died I was wrong cuz God loved me he has a purpose for me and he has a purpose for you too I love you but God loves you more

Dear Heavenly Father, please bring whoever is reading this closer to you. Help them get more passionate about you and their relationship with you. Help them to thrive with the Holy Spirit and share their testimonies to help others be guided to you. Forgive their sins as they are truly sorry for going against you. Help them with the sins they truly struggle with and just distract them from continuing to commit those sins repeatedly. Wash away their sorrows, sadness, anger, anxiety, and fear. But help them fear you and await for your arrival one day. Guide them closer to your heart day by day. Protect over them, their friends and family, do not let anything bad happen to them. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

i lost my best friend. the girl who was like my sister. all because it got bad and i only wanted to see my at the time boyfriend. i didn’t have the energy to talk to multiple people. i lost the person i loved the most.
