Vlog 1 | Today i woke up, got ready, and got to work coaching my clients. i was super happy seeing that one of my clients officially was 10lbs down, which was a goal of hers for a very long time! i started getting hungry so when i finished my calls i went to make some pasta, but thought it would be cool to do an IG live since i havent done one in while. so i did one and it was dope getting to chat with yall while mealprepping 2 days worth of ground beef penne pasta. i asked you guys to check how much protein and calories were in my food for me online, but some of yall kept giving me wrong numbers. yall real funny. then i got a text from my girlfriend saying that she ended work early so, i decided to go workout with her. but that meant i had to gym at planet fitness, which i always heard bad things about for some reason. idk why people say this bc i honesly had one of my best upper body workours there. their machines are genuinely really nice, and some you cant even find at normal gyms like this back row that just aligns so well for targeting your lats. it was pretty empty, but lowkey a little too quiet but imma definitely be going back again. then it was late and i decided to head home, draft my content for tomorrow, and played some 2k with a friend before knocking out #Fitness #Vlog #gymvlog #mealprep #workoutroutine @Gymshark
