@thisisdulan: Sri Lankan Spicy Fish Curry 🐟 Recipe - 300g Spanish mackerel (you can use any fish of your choice) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 unroasted curry powder 1/4 lemon juice 1/2 onion chopped 2 green chillies sliced 4-5 cloves of garlic chopped 2-3inch ginger chopped 1/2 tomato chopped 1tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 2-3 pods of cardamom Small piece of cinnamon 5 curry leaves Small piece of pandan leaf 2tsp unroasted curry powder 2tsp chilli powder 1/2tsp turmeric 1/2tsp fenugreek seeds 1tbsp tamarind paste 1-2tsp salt (according to your taste) 200ml coconut milk Method - please refer to the video Tip - fish in general doesn’t need much time to cook. Make sure to balance the gravy first to your liking before adding in the fish. Once the fish are in do not stir too much let the gravy do all the work. Fish should be done in around 5-6mins.
