keeping a very low percentage on my sketch and line weights helped me so much, also i’ve adapted using my sketch as a suggestion rather than the absolute cause it ends up like tracing which usually +

A tip I learned is clean up your sketch!! Since you drew a lot of lines intertwining n stuff your eye naturally looks for the best pattern. Hope this makes sense lol!

I saw someone on here explain the psychology of this. Essentially, the sketch allows your brain to pick out the most desirable form from the available lines.

Gotta turn that sketch opacity waaaaaaay down. Like 10-15%. Or just clean up your sketch with a rough eraser brush to keep the texture ✨

I’ve ended up just rendering up my sketch. Turning it into the lineart. 😭😭 I HATE doing lineart but cleaning up the sketch and turning it into the lineart has made my drawings more fluid!! :3x
