@sarah.hayroyan: Day 1 of 30 cozy family dinners: spaghetti aglio e olio ✨ RECIPE -> ~ ingredients: -1 lb spaghetti noodles -1 cup olive oil -12 cloves garlic, thinly sliced -1 tbsp red chili flakes -2 lemons, juices -1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese -1/4 cup chopped parsley -1.5 tsp sea salt ~ 1. Fill a large pot about 3/4 full with water and salt generously. Bring to a boil, then add spaghetti noodles and cook until desired consistency, reserving about 1/4 cup pasta water. Drain and set aside. 2. In the same pot, add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Once hot, add garlic and toast for 3-5 minutes until lightly golden brown. Add in chili flakes for about 30 seconds, then turn off heat. 3. Toss noodles in chili garlic oil, then add in half of the reserved pasta water (more, if desired), lemon juice, parsley, Parmesan, and sea salt. 4.
