regarding the lights and migraines. I suffer with migraines from blue light due to ASD. my employers let me wear my own safety glasses instead of company issue because mine are yellow tinted and cut..

Great explanation! Equity equates to fairness. When everyone has the opportunity to succeed then it is fair. At the micro level, fairness may not look like fairness, yet it does look like support.
