Ingredients Beef & Marinade: - 1 lb @Good Ranchers Ribeye - 2.5 tbsp coconut aminos - ½ tsp white pepper - 1 tbsp avocado oil - ½ tsp baking soda - ½ tsp ground ginger - 1 tbsp cornstarch Vegetables: - 2 bell pepper, sliced - 1 onion, sliced - 2 cloves garlic, minced For the Sauce: - ¼ cup hoisin sauce - ½ cup beef broth - 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry) - 2.5 tbsp coconut aminos - 1 tbsp brown sugar - ½ tsp black pepper - 1 tbsp cornstarch For Serving: - White rice Instructions 1. Marinate the Beef: Toss steak with soy sauce, white pepper, avocado oil, baking soda, ginger, and cornstarch. Let sit for 20 minutes. 2. Prep Veggies: Slice bell pepper and onion; mince garlic. 3.
