IVF is not for the faint hearted. It’s an emotional rollercoaster and the costs spiral once you are on that train. This is really refreshing to see 2 men discussing it - thank you 💙

IVF is hard. I had to get a 5.30am train from North to South London for their 7.30am scan every other day so I could be back at work for 9.30am. I had 3 egg collections/fresh transfers and over 300💉

IVF is the most dreadful thing you can go through it’s not easy some yes do work first round but most of the time it don’t work you will have to through so many rounds, injection medication, money sometimes even loss or not even working at all.

It’s a bigger problem for men than people realise had to wait months to do a test for fertility and there was only one hospital in the county that did the testing

It’s the hardest thing to go though the heartbreak the pain and the emotion is real not to mention the cost just to ass on at the end am on number 4 and the mental battle is so big

A lot of people talking rubbish here - of course lots of people have delayed having kids as they think they have more options since IVF became more recognised. You can’t make sweeping generalisations
