@attyforfederalemployees: 2.22 🚨 Big win for federal employees! A judge just ruled that political appointees in the so-called Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) likely broke the law by accessing sensitive Treasury data—including Social Security numbers and federal payment records. The court issued a preliminary injunction blocking them from further access, calling the process deeply flawed and legally questionable. This case isn’t over, but it’s a major step in protecting federal employees and government security. Should unvetted political appointees have access to sensitive financial systems? Drop your thoughts below! 👇 🔗 Follow for more legal updates on federal employee rights! #FederalEmployees #SCOTUS #GovernmentJobs #WhistleblowerProtection #FederalLaw #Treasury #KnowYourRights #BreakingNews #EmploymentLaw #DataPrivacy #LegalUpdate #FederalWorkplace
Anyone who works in the field knows immediately how illegal this was. It shoudl result in immediate revocation of access and didn’t. There is also no fixing this if the data was copied.

NO… without a specific Need to Know and Clearance there is no reason for them to have any access. Also did the courts address if they were able to downloaded our data?
