how Is this possibile i eat 3k and im 70kg i tought bodybuilders that weight around 130/140kg would eat at least 3times that since they have a higher muscles Mass/body Mass ratio higher than mine and weight 2 times as me

I think the idea stems from these videos of mass monster era body builders eating, pancakes, candy, fast food, etc,at mass amounts and physically looking very lean, but those meals are for extreme bulking/some sort of cheat meal

I eat 10k calories just for breakfast, but then again I do high reps to tone the muscle so I still manage to stay pretty lean 🙂
