It’s like sleeping, at some point we’re all tired during the day but know it’s not time to sleep, and since we’re not lazy we don’t. Since we’re not fat, we don’t eat every time we feel like it

One of the best things I have learned is to stop listening to my current mind who wants to embrace a bit of hunger vs that my past mind of bad eating as soon as I am hungry.

I've been in a calorie deficit for 6+ months and lost 50 lbs. If you eat healthier with a good mix of foods, you won't be hungry. HOWEVER, if you waste your calories on high calorie foods, you WILL be hungry.

People are so dissociated how big serving should be in an average 1800-2000 diet. Portions what we get served at restaurants or can buy ready made is literally multiple servings.
